The Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) decides the Tripura Forest Service eligibility criteria necessary for the recruitment cycle. Candidates applying for the Tripura Forest Service must be familiar with the Tripura Forest Serviceseligibility details beforehand. There are many factors that are included in the eligibility criteria, such as, age Limit, number of attempts, nationality, educational qualifications, and so on. • No candidate will be allowed to proceed with a successful application process unless they meet the required Tripura Forest service eligibility criteria. 

• The commission will soon release the vacancy details. There were a total of 6 vacancies in the previous year, so the same can be expected this year as well. 

• The Applicants must be between 21-40 years of age to fulfill the age criteria for Tripura Forest Services post.

Eligibility Criteria for TPSC Forest Ranger: 

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should completed Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute.

Age Limit: 

Should not exceed 40 years. Relaxable by 5(five) years in case of SC, ST, PH candidates and Government Servants, provided that the Govt. servants of SC/ST/PH category shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 (five) years available to them. 

Pay Scale: Rs. 5700-24000/- Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-

Selection Procedure:

• Preliminary Examination

• Main Examination,

• Physical Efficiency Test

• Interview

Application Fee:

• General Category Applicants: Rs.150/-.

• ST/ SC/ BPL card holders/ Physically Handicapped: Rs.100/-.
