SUPER TET stands for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) which is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) for the recruitment of primary and upper primary level teachers in schools located in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.
The exam is conducted in two papers - Paper 1 for candidates who wish to teach primary classes (Class 1 to Class 5) and Paper 2 for candidates who wish to teach upper primary classes (Class 6 to Class 8). Candidates can also appear for both the papers if they meet the eligibility criteria.
The exam is usually conducted once a year and consists of multiple choice questions (MCQs) covering topics such as Child Development and Pedagogy, Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Science. Candidates who clear the exam are awarded a certificate which is valid for a period of five years and can be used to apply for teaching jobs in schools located in Uttar Pradesh.

SUPER TET Eligibility Criteria 2023
Candidates who aspire to teach in Uttar Pradesh's private and government schools in primary (Class 1st to 5th) and secondary (Class 6th to 8th) classes should review the Super TET Eligibility. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the SUPER TET 2023 eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. If you do not match the eligibility requirements of the exam you will be disqualified and your application will be rejected. The eligibility criteria of SUPER TET 2023 are based on the following parameters:

Candidates willing to apply for Super TET 2023 must have passed the UP TET or CTET exam and should have a Graduation Degree. The education qualifications required for the exam vary depending on the post/paper for which candidates have applied.
It is essential that a candidate must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and passed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education or you must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and possess 4 years’ Bachelors of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) Degree to be eligible for Super TET exam.

Super TET Selection Process
The Super TET 2023 selection process will be based on the marks obtained in the written test, High School, Intermediate, Graduation, and BTC. Candidates' marks in the UP Super TET exam 2023 and the counseling process will be considered alongside their academic performance.

Super TET Exam Pattern
Candidates who wish to appear in the exam 2023 need to know the exam pattern to start their preparation accordingly. The Super TET exam pattern 2023 includes 10 subjects. The subjects are aimed to test the candidate's knowledge and mental and reasoning abilities.
