State Administrative Services (SAS) exams are conducted by various state public service commissions in India to select candidates for administrative posts in the state government. These exams are also known as State Civil Services exams and are considered to be one of the toughest competitive exams in the country.
The SAS exams usually consist of two or three stages, including a preliminary exam, a main exam, and an interview. The preliminary exam is an objective type test consisting of multiple-choice questions, while the main exam is a descriptive test that assesses a candidate's knowledge in various subjects related to the administrative services. The interview is conducted to evaluate a candidate's personality, communication skills, and suitability for the job.
