Uttarakhand Pre-medical test 2017 (Commonly known its abbreviated form UPMT) is a state level conducting exam by H.N.B. Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun for UG medical and dental courses. UPMT is conducting annually for the admissions to 195 MBBS and 100 BDS seats.

UPMT 2017 Exam Pattern
The test comprises of 200 multiple choice questions of 1 mark each.Your marks would not be deducted for any wrong answer given. The test would be conducted in English and Hindi.

Duration: The duration of UPMT 2017 will be 3 Hours.
There will be 200 multiple choice questions in UPMT 2017. The question paper will be both in English and Hindi medium. One mark will be awarded for each right answer and no negative marks for wrong answering.
The candidates who studied higher secondary or other equivalent exam with Minimum of 50% marks in physics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible to apply for UPMT 2017. Candidates must had studied ‘English’ as a mandatory subject in class 12.The educational qualification of the applicant should be between 17 to 25 years on or before December 31, 2017.

2. You need to know about the essential books and study materials/notes to crack the exams. Start with listing topics, subject wise.
3. While preparing for the NEET or other medical entrance exams, keep making diary of all the important facts and formulae, points to remember, tricks and all other things, you feel like revising a few days before exams.
4. Go through the subject study with emphasis according to syllabus mentioned by the medical exams syllabus. Make a study plan according to the number of days left for your state exam.
