UP TGT PGT Recruitment - New Exam Pattern and Syllabus

UP TGT PGT Recruitment is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) for the recruitment of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) and Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) in government schools of Uttar Pradesh.

The recruitment process involves a written exam, followed by a personal interview. The written exam consists of objective-type questions and is conducted in two phases. In the first phase, questions related to General Knowledge, English, and Hindi are asked. In the second phase, questions related to the subject the candidate has applied for are asked.

The eligibility criteria for UP TGT PGT Recruitment include a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) for TGT and a Master's Degree in the relevant subject for PGT. Additionally, candidates must have qualified the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).

Candidates who qualify for the written exam are called for a personal interview. The final selection is made based on the candidate's performance in the written exam and the interview.
